Roof systems, ground-mounted systems, balcony power plants, solar fences, solar storage units, wall boxes or air heat pumps, etc. can be insured.
Cover from the start of assembly
- Damage from burglary for parts not yet installed, provided they are stored in properly locked premises
- Damage from simple theft for items permanently attached to the building
- Damage from natural hazards (e.g. lightning, fire, natural disasters including earthquakes)
Covers after commissioning
- Internal damage to the system (e.g. short circuit, material and manufacturing defects)
- All externally caused damage to the system
- Also insured as consequential damage: Incidental costs incurred in the event of damage to the system
