For roofs with low load-bearing capacity
For PV installations on industrial and commercial buildings (PVC flat roof waterproofing, bitumen roofing membranes, metal roof systems, glass surfaces), the lightweight and flexible DAS Energy photovoltaic modules do not require a substructure or any additional fastening material. The modules can be bonded directly to the surface of the building. This approach significantly reduces the installation time. In addition, no damage is caused by holes in the roof surface, as it remains unaffected. Due to their low weight (between 4 and 8 kg), DAS Energy photovoltaic modules are also suitable for roofs and façades with difficult structural or physical conditions or with a low load-bearing capacity.

Weight can play a major role, especially with metal building envelopes and façades or standing seam roofs. The lightweight DAS Energy PV modules are designed so that they can be integrated into any aluminum roof and façade system. They are installed by bonding them directly to the metal surface. Also for Kalzip roofs retrofittable.
